Terms of Use for Online Service Accounts (example)

1. Introduction

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document that establishes the terms of use for online service accounts sold by the store.

1.2. The user who purchases the account agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms, he must immediately leave the store and not purchase anything from it.

2. Use of Accounts

2.1. Accounts sold by the store are personal and cannot be transferred to other users.

2.2. The user agrees not to use the account for any unlawful purposes.

3. Obligations of the Client

3.1. The client agrees to check the purchased account within 30 minutes from the time of purchase.

3.2. In case the client discovers any defects in the account within this timeframe, he/she may contact the store for a replacement account or a refund.

3.3. If the client does not find any defects in the account within 30 minutes, he/she confirms that the account works correctly and fully satisfies his/her requirements.
